What you can do with the NHS App

full access to the NHS App. With full access
you can:

a pharmacy where you would like to collect

- View your GP health record to see
information like your allergies and
medicines (if your GP has given you access
to your detailed medical record, you can
also see information like test results)
- Book and manage COVID-19 vaccinations
- Register your organ donation decision
- Choose how the NHS uses your data
- View your NHS number (find out what your
NHS number is)
- Use NHS 111 online to answer questions
and get instant advice or medical help near
you
- Search trusted NHS information and
advice on hundreds of conditions and
treatments
- Contact your GP surgery using an online
form and get a reply
- View and manage your hospital and other
healthcare appointments
- See estimated wait times for any
hospital referrals that you are waiting for
How to set up the NHS App
- Download the NHS App:
You can download the NHS App from the App
Store or Google Play Store.
- Set up your NHS account:
To use the NHS App, you must be aged 13 or
over and registered with a GP surgery in
England. Download the NHS App, to set up and
log in to your NHS account.
- Log in to the NHS App:
Once you have set up your NHS account, you
can log in to the NHS App by entering your
NHS login email and password and receiving a
security code.
- Access NHS services online:
Once you have logged in to the NHS App, you
can access a range of NHS services online.
These include booking appointments, ordering
repeat prescriptions, and viewing your
medical records.
